WE SERVE CHILDREN BETWEEN 2 ½ AND 17 YEARS OF AGE

We are a practice of pediatric neuropsychologists offering comprehensive diagnostic neuropsychological and psychological assessment for children. We evaluate children to diagnose: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Communication Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Behavioral Concerns, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. We also offer testing and evaluation for giftedness in children.

Dr. Cavenagh has lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years and is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. All our doctors share a deep commitment to Southern Nevada and have well-established connections with other healthcare providers, educators, and parent-support organizations.

Nicole Ann Cavenagh, Ph.D.

Dr. Cavenagh is an award-winning psychologist with an outstanding reputation in Southern Nevada and beyond.

Deva M. Dorris, Psy.D.

Deva M. Dorris, Psy.D., completed her Bachelor of Arts in psychology with an emphasis in neuroscience from Mercyhurst University

Our evaluations are comprehensive and include the following:

A comprehensive interview with parents to obtain necessary information about the child’s history and development.

A thorough evaluation assessing any and all relevant areas of functioning and development as described above.

A comprehensive, integrated report that includes the findings of all evaluation procedures administered, diagnostic impressions, and detailed recommendations for treatment.

A feedback session for parents where all results, diagnoses, and recommendations are discussed and any questions are answered.

Communication with any and all providers (e.g., pediatrician, teacher, therapists, psychiatrists, etc.) with a release of information regarding the evaluation at parent request.
